Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be:
- Equivalent to the completion of a Juris Doctorate from a college or university accredited by the American Bar Association or the California Bar Association.
- One (1) year of professional legal experience as an attorney engaged in the practice of law.
- Possession of a valid Membership in the State Bar of California must be maintained throughout employment.
- Possession of a valid California Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record must be maintained throughout employment.
